Awarded on the day the fund and foundry launch. Winner may, at their sole election and in lieu of the bar, take a pro-rata equity credit in the foundry entity of equivalent stated value (see rules).

No purchase necessary. No payment of money or any other consideration is required to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 or older. Void where prohibited. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
Free alternate method of entry (AMOE). To enter without joining the waitlist, hand-print your full name, address, email, date of birth, and chosen prize on a 3x5 card and mail to: The Sovereign Fund — Patriot Prize AMOE, [sponsor address in official rules]. One entry per envelope. Must be received before the draw date.
Entry limit. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, regardless of method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Live estimated odds are shown above for transparency and update as entries arrive.
Prize. One (1) winner will be selected at random upon public listing of the Fund — i.e. on the day The Sovereign Fund is publicly listed and the mint/foundry strikes Serial #0001 of the Sovereign Bar. The winner receives the single prize they selected at entry. Approximate retail value ($500 – $8,500 depending on selection) varies by selection. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash beyond the stated cash-equivalent option, and awarded "as is." Winner is responsible for all taxes, licensing, delivery permits, and insurance.
Headline prize — The Sovereign Bar. The Sovereign Bar (Serial #0001) is a highly polished, specially adorned silver bar stamped with The Sovereign Fund seal, produced by a new American mint/foundry entity launching alongside the fund. Award and delivery of the bar will occur on or about the fund/foundry launch date, which may be later than the sweepstakes draw date; the sponsor will keep the winner informed. If, at the winner's sole election and in writing, the winner would rather receive equity in the foundry entity in lieu of the physical bar, the sponsor may credit the winner a pro-rata equity interest in the foundry entity of equivalent stated value, subject to applicable securities laws, the foundry's then-current cap table, standard subscription documents, and any accreditation or eligibility requirements. Nothing herein is an offer or solicitation of any security.
Valuation and fulfillment. Where two values are stated for a prize (e.g. wholesale vs. retail), the sponsor reserves the right to fulfill at the lower of the two stated values, or the cash equivalent thereof, at the sponsor's option. All ARVs are approximate. Where market conditions materially change (e.g. spot metals, used-vehicle indexes) between entry and fulfillment, the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater stated ARV or its cash equivalent at the lower of the two stated values.
Friend nomination. The friend named at entry is honored in public communications; the friend does not receive the prize. If the friend is a separate entrant, they retain their own independent friend nomination.

Not affiliated with the government. The Sovereign Fund is a private, independent company. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to In-Q-Tel, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, or any U.S. government agency.
